I drove down to Surf City, Huntington Beach, to pick up my race bib and chip for Sunday's Surf City Half Marathon. I left there just as the sun was setting.

There's a new structure being being adjacent to the city parking lot near Abalone Cove. Will it be a shelter or some type of interpretive area?

Truth or Fiction?

I was on the island of Kauai, Hawaii last week. The sign was in four pieces when I walked over to it.  I put the pieces together to take the photo.  Some local guys who were near a truck drinking told me that the beach was for everyone and that I could come any time.  I wasn't so sure that they were genuine in inviting me to use the beach, but other tourists were using it.
